Project delivery and governance

• Lead enterprise project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure; define scope, objectives, constraints, and success criteria.
• Maintain integrated schedules, work plans, governance documentation, project charters, business cases, and project plans.
• Monitor schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; coordinate resources across stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, presentations, status reports, and financial updates for leadership and governance bodies.
• Support backlog review, work-package definition, complexity and effort estimates, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery tracking.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, stakeholder communications, departmental onboarding, and readiness assessments.
• When assigned, coordinate SAP platform initiatives, Workday onboarding and templates, or enterprise data, security, integration, migration, reporting, and modernization work.

Qualifications and clearance

• PMP certificate and previous experience managing similar projects; Shared Services Canada experience is a strong asset.
• At least 10 years performing similar project management tasks.
• At least two projects valued above CAD 5 million with teams of 20 or more resources.
• Experience reporting to senior management, steering committees, or executive governance bodies.
• At least two enterprise financial management system projects involving implementation, transformation, upgrade, migration, or modernization; projects must include financial reporting, planning and budgeting, financial controls, or cost management.
• Rated experience may include complex project leadership, Agile, SAP financial systems or S/4HANA, financial transformation, or SAP data migration and integration.
• Must hold a valid Secret Government Security Clearance with PSPC and be located in Canada.

Workplace

• Remote work; candidates must be located in Canada.

Contract term

• Contract is scheduled to start as soon as possible and run through March 31, 2027, with a possibility of renewal.
