Role Overview
ADGA is hiring an Intelligence Mission Data Systems Analyst for the options analysis and definition phase of a defence client's Intelligence Mission Data project.
The Senior Systems Analyst will provide analytical and technical assistance to identify, assess, and document viable solution options.
Responsibilities
- Gather and define business requirements through interaction with users and customers.
- Facilitate workshops to develop system use cases and information flows.
- Develop system requirement specifications, traceability, solution concepts, and design input.
- Analyze technical alternatives and evaluate proposed solutions or products against requirements.
- Assess organizational impacts and integrate new technical solutions with existing business processes.
- Participate in testing and ensure compliance with system requirements and the overall solution.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, project responses, meeting records, action reports, and weekly progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree or diploma in sciences, engineering, or IM/IT-related studies from a recognized university or college is required.
- 10+ years of recent experience with business requirements, systems specifications and designs, requirements traceability, and IM/IT options analysis is required.
- 7+ years of recent experience with use cases or storyboards, technical specifications, process integration, and organizational impact planning is required.
- Professional knowledge and experience with IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS is required.
Security Requirement
- Candidates must hold a valid Top Secret level security clearance with PSPC because it is a contract requirement.
