Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop complex business processes and identify opportunities to streamline them.
• Assess processes, recommend improvements, and support implementation of improvement processes and programs.
• Develop performance measures, metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations, plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and approval documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate findings, and support continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and clearances

• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience for Intermediate level or 10 years for Senior level, in senior-level business consulting work.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in process analysis, improvement, performance measurement, and implementation.
• Experience with financial, operational, and/or systems-related processes; improvement recommendations; metrics; and professional project deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain Secret (Level II), VCR, and Controlled Goods clearances; clearance is required before hire.
• Consultants must hold Controlled Goods clearance and insurance.
