Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in building contracting and construction.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects and overseeing site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to manage engineers, foremen, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, project planning, progress monitoring, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction operations across ongoing projects for timely completion and compliance with approved plans and quality standards.
- Manage labour, engineers, foremen, and other resources; supervise and coordinate engineering teams on site.
- Maintain project records, monitor milestones and deadlines, and verify daily progress reports from site engineers.
- Visit sites to inspect work, monitor progress, and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate Dubai Municipality inspections, site observations, compliance follow-up, and resolution with site engineers.
- Monitor schedules, identify delays, and take corrective action to meet approved timelines.
- Track project payments and outstanding amounts, and coordinate follow-up with relevant departments.
- Coordinate site teams, management, clients, consultants, and other parties.
- Monitor material requirements and availability to avoid delays.
- Ensure site activities comply with approved drawings, construction standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
- Report progress, delays, site issues, and completion status to senior management; ensure accountability for reporting and delivery.
Pay
- AED 12,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
