Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise electrical and MEP activities for villa construction, maintenance, and renovation projects; lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure installations meet DEWA rules, approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards; prepare and submit drawings, load schedules, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate authority inspections, approvals, NOCs, and documentation; resolve inspection comments and close observations.
- Review load calculations, cable sizing, distribution schedules, single-line diagrams, earthing, lighting, and power layouts.
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, civil, and other teams; monitor schedule, quality, workmanship, and site progress.
- Coordinate material requirements and purchasing; supervise testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover records.
- Manage maintenance and renovation work, fault diagnosis, repairs, and system upgrades; prepare progress reports and maintain technical records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant UAE experience; Dubai experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in villa construction, maintenance, renovation, and building contracting projects.
- Excellent knowledge of DEWA regulations, electrical codes, and local-authority requirements.
- Experience leading and coordinating MEP teams, including technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, load calculations, material specifications, and technical submissions.
- Experience coordinating inspections and obtaining authority approvals.
- Strong project-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence required; DEWA registration is mandatory.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
