Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work to project plans and schedules; coordinate laborers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower allocation, labor productivity, and progress; prepare daily reports and coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
- Follow up on material needs, deliveries, and site availability.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements; coordinate inspections with engineers, clients, and consultants.
- Maintain site records and report delays, issues, and resource needs to management.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of construction-industry experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Experience with building construction, villas, residential or commercial projects, or renovation works.
- Strong labor management, site coordination, and construction supervision skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site safety procedures.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work in Dubai, UAE.
Pay
- AED 5,000–5,500 per month.
