Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and other departments on ongoing projects.
- Follow up on site activities and project progress; collect and maintain daily and weekly reports from Site Engineers.
- Track schedules, deadlines, and pending activities, and flag delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with purchasing and store teams on material requests, purchase orders, and timely site deliveries.
- Maintain project documents, records, drawings, reports, and tracking sheets.
- Coordinate meetings and updates between the office and construction sites.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and applicants with 0–6 months of experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of construction activities and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills; able to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and work closely with engineering and project management teams.
- UAE construction industry experience is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
