Role Overview

About the role
Based in Riyadh, the role delivers HVAC projects across KSA’s Central Region, including chiller replacements, retrofit work, VRV supply and installation, and turnkey solutions.
Owns the project lifecycle from Sales handover through planning, execution, monitoring and control, financial governance, commissioning, and close-out.
Ensures delivery on time, within budget, compliant with contracts, and aligned with quality and HSE standards.
Project launch and execution
- Validate scope, specifications, commercial terms, and contractual obligations received from Sales; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Lead kick-off meetings and establish objectives, success criteria, and communication protocols.
- Plan schedules, resources, procurement, cash flow, and costs; coordinate engineering, design, procurement, and logistics.
- Review technical submittals, method statements, and compliance documents; lead site execution and manage subcontractors.
- Maintain HSE compliance and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent delays.
Monitoring, finance, and close-out
- Track baseline schedules, milestones, costs, variations, and change orders; report progress and forecasts and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, margin protection, payments, variations, and claims against contractual and profitability targets.
- Oversee HVAC testing and commissioning, final inspections, snag closure, approvals, and handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
- Secure client acceptance and project closure; review performance, risks, and financial outcomes, capture lessons, support service teams during the defect liability period, and build client relationships.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of HVAC project execution experience, with strong exposure to chillers and VRV systems.
- Experience delivering turnkey HVAC projects in KSA or GCC markets.
- Strong HVAC knowledge, particularly VRV technologies and central plant solutions; knowledge of project management frameworks and execution tools.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Financial acumen in cost control, margin management, and contract administration; strong technical analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective coordination, organization, communication, and commercial awareness; commitment to quality, compliance, and HSE standards.
