Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise mechanical installation and construction in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Oversee pipelines, pumping systems, equipment, and associated infrastructure works.
- Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, material requirements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
- Track progress, address execution constraints, and implement schedule corrective measures.
- Coordinate inspections, quality compliance, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience; EPC contractor experience is preferred.
- Experience in water supply, wastewater, sewerage, or related utility infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on mechanical construction, installation, site supervision, testing, and commissioning experience.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, piping, equipment installation, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and applicable engineering standards.
- Strong technical coordination, site management, leadership, and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 13,000–16,000 per month.
