Key responsibilities
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects against contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee construction of water transmission pipelines, distribution networks, and associated infrastructure.
- Lead project teams and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical, contractual, and project matters.
- Monitor progress and risks, implement corrective measures, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, authority requirements, and HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant infrastructure/EPC experience, including substantial water infrastructure project management.
- Mandatory hands-on project management experience in potable water transmission pipelines and water pipeline construction.
- Experience managing large-scale water transmission and distribution networks; large-diameter pipeline experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EPC execution, construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
- Experience coordinating with UAE water authorities, clients, and consultants.
- Leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder-management skills; UAE/GCC project experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 30,000 per month.
