Project leadership and quality
- Direct contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineering teams to meet project timelines, budget, and design specifications.
- Enforce international luxury construction standards and supervise structural elements, finishes, acoustic partitions, and detailing.
- Oversee hotel HVAC, commercial kitchens, industrial laundries, water filtration, backup power, and security and fire-life-safety systems.
Contracts, procurement, and handover
- Administer contracts primarily under FIDIC and manage variations, change orders, and subcontractor claims.
- Coordinate customs clearance and site delivery of imported premium materials, fixtures, and FF&E.
- Lead testing and commissioning, brand-standard audits, and preparation for hotel operations.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- 10–15 years of construction management experience and at least two completed major 4- or 5-star hotel projects through handover.
- Experience on high-end international hospitality builds and direct familiarity with international brand standards.
- Expert scheduling and tracking software proficiency, including Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore; strong command of FIDIC.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is highly desirable; leadership, problem-solving, and cultural adaptability are expected.
