A leading UAE financial services organisation is hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager to develop and grow retail financial products.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through launch and optimization.
- Drive product innovation, digital transformation, and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with technology, digital, risk, and commercial teams to deliver products and enhancements.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
What the employer is looking for
- Strong product management experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience managing retail financial products; experience across digital banking, deposits, lending, or payments is ideal.
- Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- UAE or wider GCC financial services market experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Advertised compensation is AED 45,000 per month.
