Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Lead development and enhancement of customer-facing digital platforms.
- Own end-to-end digital customer journeys from acquisition through servicing.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes across business and technology functions.
- Improve customer experience, automation, and digital adoption.
- Set priorities, delivery standards, and success measures across the digital portfolio.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, and Operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital organisation and senior leadership team.
- Maintain governance across major digital initiatives.
Experience Required
- Significant experience leading digital transformation, digital platforms, or customer experience within a large, complex organisation.
- Business banking background is required.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys, and platform development.
- Experience leading sizeable cross-functional teams.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset linking digital investment to measurable business outcomes.
