Work with senior stakeholders across digital, technology, data, and business functions to assess opportunities and turn priorities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance, customer behavior, and business metrics to identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Research business challenges, develop recommendations, and support decisions with data analysis and commercial assessments.
- Contribute to business cases, assess returns, set success measures, and monitor digital initiatives against objectives.
- Prepare performance reports, presentations, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Monitor competitor activity, fintech solutions, and industry developments to strengthen digital propositions and capabilities.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Identify AI-enabled improvements to workflows and analytical processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, performance management, management consulting, business transformation, or strategic business analysis.
- Experience in banking, financial services, a recognized consulting firm, or a large, complex organization is preferred.
- Experience analyzing business performance, developing commercial recommendations, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business case development, benefits realisation, and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting complex information and presenting conclusions.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools for research, reporting, and analysis is an advantage.
