Own the full lifecycle of new digital products and features, including a fintech financing solution and a shared microservices platform.
Combine business and technical expertise with product vision and delivery.
Strategy and customer insight
- Define product vision, strategy, and lifecycle aligned with company goals, user needs, and business roadmap.
- Identify regional product opportunities and conduct customer research, market research, and competitive benchmarking across insurance and fintech.
Roadmap and delivery
- Own and prioritize the roadmap and backlog; write epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop service blueprints and lead agile delivery with Design and Engineering.
- Define service APIs, integration guidelines, documentation, versioning, and change communications with Engineering.
Performance and go-to-market
- Define feature KPIs and dashboards; track adoption, availability, reliability, and product performance.
- Lead launches and go-to-market plans, manage release communications, and mentor product team members.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience, preferably including 5+ years in product management in fintech, insurtech, or financial services.
- Proven record of launching and managing digital products through their lifecycle; B2C and B2B experience is ideal.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi fintech ecosystem and its regulations.
Skills
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, product management tools, and project management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, third-party and government platform integrations, and microservices.
- Strong communication skills; Arabic speaking is preferred.
