Role Summary

Product Strategy and Discovery

• Own products from customer discovery and proposition design through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, surveys, and other qualitative research.
• Define requirements, value propositions, customer journeys, roadmaps, and go-to-market hypotheses.
• Analyze product performance and lead pivots or improvements to pricing, positioning, distribution, or customer experience.
• Work with technology and design teams to deliver scalable digital experiences.

Growth and Commercial Performance

• Own acquisition, activation, quote generation, conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Analyze conversion rates, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, average premium, and other commercial metrics.
• Independently access and interpret data, identify opportunities, and establish dashboards and reporting.
• Develop and test growth experiments across pricing, propositions, journeys, messaging, and channels; target valuable customer segments.

Partnerships and Digital Distribution

• Build relationships with insurers, brokers, banks, and strategic distribution partners.
• Coordinate product design, coverage, pricing, underwriting, service levels, operations, and technology integration with insurer teams.
• Develop distribution opportunities with logistics companies, freight forwarders, importers, SMEs, banks, employers, and digital platforms.
• Build business cases and commercial models and take partnerships from concept to launch and scale.

Insurance Product Growth

• Develop digital Marine Insurance propositions, including cargo and hull coverage, and improve quotation, underwriting, policy issuance, claims, and servicing journeys.
• Develop Marine Insurance B2B/SME go-to-market strategies and partnership channels.
• Support growth of life, family takaful, protection, savings, and bancassurance propositions through digital and partner-led channels.
• Improve product understanding, conversion, persistency, bundling, cross-selling, and embedded distribution.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of combined experience across product management or growth and insurance.
• Experience at an insurer, broker, bank/bancassurance provider, or Insurtech in KSA or the GCC.
• Experience in partnership-led growth, pre-product-market-fit work, and B2B/SME go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with insurer product, underwriting, pricing, operations, and/or technology teams to develop, launch, or optimize products.
• Experience in a regulated insurance environment; exposure to the Saudi Insurance Authority regulatory framework is preferred.

Skills and Languages

• Translate customer and market problems into product propositions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Understand acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, revenue, funnel metrics, cohort analysis, CAC, and LTV.
• Understand insurance propositions, pricing, underwriting, distribution, and customer journeys.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, planning, documentation, and execution skills.
