Job Summary

Job Objectives

• Own revenue, retention, and growth across commercial fleet, leasing and finance, and corporate staff schemes.
• Maintain technical, operational, and portfolio controls across placement, issuance, and claims.

Strategy and Portfolio Management

• Own the annual plan covering revenue, retention, and growth.
• Decide the cover basis for each account and approve terms before cover is bound.
• Run portfolio reviews with panel insurers using company data.
• Negotiate scheme rates and facility arrangements.

Leadership and Technical Capability

• Lead the Leasing and Finance and Commercial Fleet supervisors and their teams.
• Build technical capability across the function rather than correcting cases individually.

Claims and Operations

• Govern the claims desk, including Najm reporting, large and total losses, disputed liability, and recovery performance.
• Own vehicle-register accuracy and the issuance journey, with controls to prevent uninsured vehicles from being missed.

Business Support

• Support Business Development on fleet, leasing, and tender pursuits with rate feasibility before client expectations are set.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, insurance, or a related field.
• CII or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Eight to twelve years of motor insurance experience, including commercial fleet and leasing portfolios.
• At least three years of team leadership experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of the Saudi motor market, including mandatory third-party liability, Najm, traffic-system cover registration, agency repair, and leasing arrangements.
• Ability to negotiate insurer scheme rates and facility arrangements.
• Strong data literacy, including loss-run analysis and experience-data-based rate arguments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong technical authority, commercial judgment, operational rigor, and integrity.
