Position Overview
The Operations Officer is responsible for executing operational procedures and supporting B2C projects, with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Motor Insurance Leasing business.
The role involves coordination with insurance companies, banks, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of daily business operations related to Motor Insurance Leasing.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including insurance companies and banks, to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
- Investigate system errors and logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks effectively and within required timelines.
- Document operational processes and procedures and provide periodic recommendations for improvements and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
- Monitor system health and promptly report system issues or outages to the relevant teams.
- Follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the Operations Supervisor with daily operational activities and any additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Insurance and/or banking background is preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge with an understanding of systems and integrations.
- IFCE certification is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of operations management and organizational effectiveness.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage operational tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of technical and system-related issues.
