Process and assess insurance claims accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support claimants and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Claims Processing and Assessment
- Process claims accurately within required timelines; review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assess claim validity according to applicable policies and procedures and follow up on missing information.
Customer and Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with claimants about claim requirements and status.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and handle claim-related inquiries.
Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date claims records and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate claim issues or exceptions when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- IFCE certification is required.
- 0–3 years of experience in claims processing or a relevant insurance function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, detail, accuracy, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
