Engagement overview

Solution design and stakeholder delivery

• Conduct workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and validate design decisions.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents, field mappings, validation rules, exception workflows, and test scenarios.
• Maintain operational runbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
• Deploy an on-ground team for design validation, configuration review, troubleshooting, testing, issue resolution, and delivery assurance.

Testing and go-live

• Lead solution validation, support SIT, supervise UAT, review testing evidence, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Conduct go-live readiness assessments and support deployment planning and production readiness.
• Assist with closure of project-related issues through stabilization.
• Support ISD requirements and provide technical documentation needed for go-live approval before production deployment.

Governance and evidence

• Prepare and maintain implementation evidence, testing documentation, design approvals, issue and defect logs, control-closure records, and governance artifacts.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, or rejected evidence as required for governance, audit, go-live readiness, and project closure.
• Remain accountable for the adequacy and completeness of the design, documentation, testing support, knowledge transfer, and implementation guidance.

Handover and hypercare

• Deliver knowledge transfer, training sessions, operational handover, and supporting documentation.
• Enable client Finance and Oracle or IT teams to operate and support the solution independently after go-live.
• Provide one month of remote hypercare covering issue analysis, troubleshooting, defect guidance, stabilization, knowledge reinforcement, and issue closure.

Required implementation evidence

• Demonstrate successful implementation deployments for clients operating in the UAE and provide relevant references or implementation evidence upon request.

Compensation

• The description states pay of AED 8,965.09 to AED 39,800.22 per month.
• Structured source salary separately lists AED 8,965 per month.

• Work location is in person.
• The engagement also includes one month of remote hypercare after go-live.
