Project engagement

Deliver an Oracle Fusion project, with the consultant proposing the time, expense, and schedule needed to complete it.

The posting specifies an in-person work location.

Solution design and delivery

  • Own solution design, target architecture, configuration approach, implementation methodology, and the project delivery roadmap.
  • Conduct requirements and design workshops with Finance, Procurement, ISD, and client Oracle/IT stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional and technical design documents, field mappings, validation rules, exception workflows, test scenarios, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Deploy an on-ground team for design validation, configuration review, troubleshooting, testing, issue resolution, and delivery assurance.

Testing, deployment, and governance

  • Lead solution validation, support SIT, supervise UAT, review testing evidence, coordinate defect resolution, and assess go-live readiness.
  • Support deployment planning, production readiness, and project-issue closure through stabilization.
  • Prepare and submit implementation evidence, testing documentation, design approvals, issue and defect logs, control-closure records, and governance artefacts for review, audit support, and project closure.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, or rejected evidence at no additional cost.
  • Assist client Oracle/IT with ISD requirements and technical documentation for go-live approval before production deployment.

Handover and hypercare

  • Deliver knowledge transfer, training, operational handover, and documentation so client Finance and Oracle/IT teams can operate and support the solution independently.
  • Provide one month of remote hypercare after go-live, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, defect guidance, stabilization, knowledge reinforcement, and closure of outstanding issues.

Implementation experience and accountability

  • Demonstrate a proven implementation approach supported by successful deployments for UAE clients.
  • Provide relevant references or implementation evidence upon client request.
  • Deploy a suitably qualified on-ground team during implementation.
  • Remain accountable for the adequacy and completeness of design, documentation, testing support, knowledge transfer, and implementation guidance.
