Senior Material Planning Analyst - 2nd Shift

• Second shift, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects, and general business actions.
• Maintain databases, extract information, and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve performance.
• Analyze operations using performance and productivity data, error rates, and root causes; monitor reports to identify issues across departments.
• Use systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools for business decisions.
• Create reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and other analytical documents.
• Collect and analyze data for modeling, network optimization, or supply chain redesign.
• Develop and deliver productivity savings and engineered-solutions analytics for the account.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics.
• Expertise preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, extracting system data from SAP, and using Excel or Access to develop reports.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• Experience converting raw data into usable formats.
• Support experience with Warehouse Management Systems, order management applications, and database systems.

Preferred qualifications

• Availability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis, query creation, data mining, and development skills.
• Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain structure.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
