Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Organization & Work Transformation practice and Strategic & Technology Change team.
Advises executive clients on complex business and organizational transformation, with a focus on Financial Services and Insurance.
What the role does
- Guide clients through complex business and technology transformation and implement change at scale.
- Design and implement change programs that support sustainable business and human outcomes.
- Lead consulting teams serving banking, insurance, and investment management clients.
- Coach and mentor teams and contribute to their development.
- Lead business development and support practice innovation and growth, including GenAI and Future Workforce topics.
- Manage client relationships and accounts to grow and sustain the practice.
Candidate qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or a related field such as communications, stakeholder engagement, learning development, culture, or behavior.
- Deep experience working in or with Financial Services and Insurance.
- Proven experience leading and implementing large-scale, complex organizational change programs, including technology adoption, strategic change, or cultural adoption.
- Experience delivering transformations in Financial Services and Insurance is ideal.
- Professional services organization experience is ideal.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and their implications for organizational transformation.
- Strong client service, results delivery, collaboration, and cross-business relationship skills.
Practice context
Organization & Work Transformation aims to improve people’s experience and performance while aligning organizations with business strategy.
Strategic & Technology Change supports transformations including ERP implementations and organizational restructuring.
The team operates as a national Canadian practice with practitioners across the country.
