About the team

Typical work

• Develop Merative Cúram and other social-services or social-security software solutions.
• Own integration design and validate it with the project team.
• Collaborate with client and internal business analysts to understand requirements and conclude technical solutions and designs.
• Determine technical feasibility and solve problems through analysis, requirements definition, and solution development.
• Document software and develop acceptance and unit tests.
• Support project development and write software code as required.
• Develop integrations using CI/CD solutions.

Must-have qualifications

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• At least 3 years of Cúram Developer experience through requirements, functional design, and testing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Java, J2EE, and UML.
• Experience with the Cúram Social Enterprise Management platform and associated business processes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical staff and non-IT business users and independently develop solutions.
• Experience producing technical documents.
• Experience with Workflow Engine, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), and Cúram Business Rules (CER).
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in Canada.
• Enhanced Reliability or higher federal security clearance, or eligibility; screening requires five years of current residence history in Canada or the United States.

Assets

• A postgraduate degree is a strong asset.
• Cúram V8.X ADE accreditation and customization certifications, or prior-version certification, are assets.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their use for development is an asset.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $58,000 to $102,000; the description does not specify a pay cadence.
