Role and work model

Typical work

• Analyze client issues, gather information, and synthesize findings into business requirements and design.
• Assist the project manager with development and provide updates on project processes and deliverables.
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
• Apply technology-industry and Cúram knowledge to client delivery and related initiatives.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions for application areas within agreed project scope.

Must-have qualifications

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 3–6 years of business analysis experience with Cúram Business Application Suite and 3–6 years on government IT projects.
• 3–6 years eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules and processes; experience writing requirements and use cases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlogs, and work items in Agile Scrum delivery.
• Experience with business modeling and graphical process flow software; systems analysis and gap analysis.
• Experience planning and leading JAD sessions and creating functional or design documents.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to work in Canada.
• Enhanced Reliability clearance or higher, or eligibility for Enhanced Reliability; five years of current residence history in Canada or the US is specified.

Additional assets

• Merative Cúram Platform for Business Analysts certification, version 8.X or earlier, is an asset.
• A postgraduate degree is an asset.
• Knowledge of AI tools for design analysis is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range is CAD 50,000–90,000; eligible employees may participate in a bonus program.
