Typical work

• Test Cúram SPM enterprise applications and verify social-service and government-benefit workflows against business and policy requirements.
• Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and solution designs to identify scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test plans, cases, scripts, scenarios, and test data for Cúram processes and integrations.
• Perform functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and defect-verification testing.
• Track and triage defects, collaborate on fixes, retest changes, and verify that regression issues have not been introduced.
• Maintain requirements-to-test-to-defect traceability and report progress, risks, issues, defects, and readiness to project leadership.
• Work with project stakeholders throughout the software delivery and testing lifecycle.

Must-have qualifications

• Completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Has 3–6 years of software testing or QA experience, including hands-on testing of Cúram Business Application Suite or Cúram SPM applications.
• Has experience on government or public-sector IT transformation projects; social services, benefits administration, case management, or similar programs are cited as preferred areas.
• Has hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, cases, scripts, scenarios, and test data from business and system requirements.
• Has experience with functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and defect-verification testing.
