Join a Mace team delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project with renowned architects and global consultants.
The project includes extensive infrastructure and built assets delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach.

Logistics responsibilities
- Develop logistics plans for land and marine transport; coordinate multimodal movement of heavy equipment, bulk materials, and specialized items.
- Optimize routes and schedules, align deliveries with project milestones, and handle shipping regulations and customs clearance for imported goods.
- Manage barge operations, port handling, offshore deliveries, and coordination with port authorities and shipping agents.
- Plan site access, storage, and internal movement of materials and equipment; implement safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with PMC teams, contractors, suppliers, and procurement teams; attend progress meetings and report logistics status.
- Plan for disruptions, mitigate logistics and supply-chain risks, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and delivery-schedule records.
What you’ll need
- Extensive construction logistics experience, including land and marine transport.
- Proven experience in PMC projects or working with project management consultants.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance, and port operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP or RFID tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, civil engineering, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
