Responsibilities
- Manage project planning in accordance with contractual requirements and employer's and engineer's objectives and procedures.
- Establish milestones for the total project or major portions and review work activities to support them.
- Coordinate, collect, verify, and integrate contract work scope for all entities into the total project plan.
- Identify schedule constraints and their effects and chair interdisciplinary workshops to resolve issues.
- Review and evaluate schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to project milestones.
- Perform forensic schedule analysis of disputes/claims and recommend alternatives for schedule improvement.
- Define and present the Schedule Impact Report and lead development and review of schedule recovery plans.
- Monitor and report on the critical path and schedule performance of the total project.
- Issue reports required by the employer and project procedures and verify consistency with previous reports.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of construction and project planning using Primavera Project Management software.
- Significant experience of large complex projects during the design and construction phases.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
