Responsibilities

• Direct the regional strategy and business plan; own financial and operating performance, including revenue, profitability, working capital and cost effectiveness.
• Build the regional operating model, lead transformation, and develop a high-performing leadership team, capability and talent pipeline.
• Drive market expansion, sector and service priorities, strategic client relationships, and growth of priority accounts.
• Represent the business with clients, partners, government and regulatory stakeholders; connect regional demand with global capability.
• Use financial, operational and market insight to guide forecasting, resource allocation and performance; champion productivity-enhancing digital tools and automation.
• Own regional governance, quality, audit and risk, and champion sustainability, safety and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Executive-level record leading and growing a complex regional or multi-country business, with full P&L ownership.
• Deep construction and infrastructure consultancy knowledge, including programme management, project management or capital projects advisory.
• Significant Middle East leadership experience, strong Saudi Arabia and UAE knowledge, and ability to operate across the wider region.
• Proven success shaping growth strategy and winning and growing major government and private-sector accounts.
• Experience building operating models, leading organisational and digital transformation, and using insight for investment and resource decisions.
• Credibility with boards, senior leaders, clients and external stakeholders; inclusive leadership and talent-development skills.
• Commitment to sustainability, safety, wellbeing, quality, governance, risk management, legal compliance and ethical leadership.
