Seeking an experienced Senior Lead Architect to lead architectural design and technical coordination for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate has architectural consultancy experience, leadership skills, and hands-on Revit expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and technical activities for large-scale projects.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Use Revit for design development and project coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in high-rise, mega, residential, and commercial projects.
- Strong hands-on Revit proficiency; 5 years of Revit experience is specified as required.
- Previous architectural consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly pay is AED 20,000–22,000.
- Visa and medical insurance are provided.
- Annual leave is as per UAE Labour Law.
