Role and team

Executive support

• Serve as the single IT point of contact for executives, assistants, and their offices; advise on technology and coach users.
• Resolve device, connectivity, application, and account issues, owning urgent cases through resolution and providing clear updates.
• Manage executive device lifecycles, access records, check-ins, delegated mailbox and calendar support, and travel readiness.
• Support board meetings and high-profile events with boardroom and video conferencing technology.
• Protect executive accounts, devices, and data, working with Cybersecurity on phishing, account compromise, and lost or stolen devices.
• Maintain support standards and knowledge articles, report service quality, and coach Service Desk engineers.
• Act as a senior Service Desk escalation point for complex end-user and Microsoft 365 issues; help with the general queue during peak periods.
• Take on other reasonable duties required by management.

Skills and experience

• Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• At least seven years in end-user support or IT operations, including at least three years supporting C-level or VIP users.
• Proven enterprise experience with Microsoft 365 and modern device management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows, iOS, and Android device management.
• Expert troubleshooting across end-user and infrastructure environments; ability to coach engineers and write clear procedures.
• Experience supporting a CEO, board members, or an executive office in a large organization.
• Experience supporting macOS alongside Windows is listed.
• Microsoft 365 endpoint or Teams administration and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications are listed.

Work style and meeting technology

• Requires clear communication with senior non-technical audiences, sound judgment under pressure, discretion, confidentiality, and a strong service mindset.
• Meeting room and video conferencing technology includes Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Barco ClickShare, Yealink, and MAXHUB.
