Role Description
The Senior Investment Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting the end-to-end investment process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting investment research, and performing qualitative and quantitative due diligence on potential opportunities.
The role involves evaluating investment proposals, preparing internal presentations and reports, and supporting portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and risk assessment.
The Senior Investment Associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure informed decision-making and alignment with the organization’s investment strategy.
The role requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to manage multiple projects, and clear communication of complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Finance and Investments, with experience in evaluating and structuring investment opportunities.
- Advanced Financial Modeling capabilities, including scenario analysis, valuation techniques, and sensitivity testing.
- Robust Analytical Skills and experience conducting rigorous Due Diligence across sectors or asset classes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree, CFA, or similar credential is an advantage.
- Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance, or a similar investment-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-based environment in Abu Dhabi.
- Comfort with data tools and financial software, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
