Join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai!

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate professionals for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during shifts.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experiences.
  • Coordinate table service and manage guest requests efficiently.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior service staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within restaurants, lounges, or hotels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with guests professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible service regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume venue.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and coordinate with service teams.
  • Maintain accurate waitlists and booking records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
