We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant (Real Estate Industry)
to join our Finance Department as part of our continued business growth and financial operations enhancement.
The role is responsible for managing full-cycle accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the financial performance of real estate projects and developments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and project-based financial analysis specific to real estate developments.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and profitability across multiple real estate projects.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting, with strong preference for real estate or property development industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project accounting.
- Experience with accounting systems and ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex financial data.
