Senior Interior Designer (30- 35,000 AED) (Dubai based) - Must have Hotel projects experience

Role overview

Design and project delivery

• Lead interior-design development for luxury hotels, spas, and restaurants; develop and review concepts against luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage projects through concept, design development, technical documentation, tender, and construction stages.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, lighting, kitchen, landscape, and specialist contractor teams.
• Manage design packages from internal designers and external consultants and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
• Review materials, finishes, FF&E, joinery, lighting, bespoke furniture, drawings, submissions, and samples.
• Prepare and review mood boards, material boards, presentations, and design proposals; communicate design changes to stakeholders.
• Attend client, consultant, contractor, and site meetings; resolve construction-stage design and technical issues with contractors and suppliers.
• Inspect sites and manage mock-ups, sample rooms, and prototype areas as required.
• Balance design quality with programme, budget, buildability, regulatory requirements, hospitality standards, and client requirements.
• Mentor and manage junior interior designers.

Candidate requirements

• Strong background delivering high-end hospitality projects, ideally hotel projects or comparable luxury five-star developments.
• Experience across hotel interiors, luxury spas, restaurants, food-and-beverage venues, and guest-facing hospitality spaces.
• Experience taking projects through design development, technical coordination, and site delivery, including work from the project midpoint through completion.
• Strong creative interior-design ability, technical knowledge, consultant coordination, and project-management skills.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary budget is AED 30,000–35,000 per month, plus medical coverage, visa, and flights.
