About the opportunity

Recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for an established Dubai commercial fit-out company.

Generate new business, develop B2B client relationships and secure commercial office fit-out projects across the UAE.

Client-facing, revenue-generating role suited to someone with a strong network in commercial property, corporate interiors and fit-out.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B commercial office fit-out projects.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, developers, landlords, real estate consultancies and project management companies.
  • Generate leads, develop a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events and project presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation and project delivery teams to develop competitive proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close new business, develop partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven business development or B2B sales experience in commercial office fit-out, corporate interiors or a closely related sector.
  • Established network of Dubai corporate clients, developers, commercial real estate professionals or project management consultants.
  • Ability to generate leads and independently secure new projects.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of the UAE commercial fit-out market.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, and comfortable working towards revenue targets.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.

Salary

  • Competitive basic salary plus an attractive commission structure.

Location and industry

  • Role is based in Dubai, UAE, and covers commercial office fit-out opportunities across the UAE.
  • Industry focus is commercial interiors and office fit-out.
