A luxury developer is seeking an FF&E Procurement Assistant Manager to work closely with interior designers.
The role supports luxury residential projects from concept through installation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist design managers with FF&E design and specifications.
- Source and select furniture, lighting, accessories, and materials that meet project quality and design standards.
- Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms to secure value for clients.
- Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, clients, and suppliers.
- Support projects from concept through installation.
Requirements
- Have a strong background in luxury interior design and FF&E procurement.
- Have experience in site supervision.
- Have strong supplier relationships and the ability to source distinctive materials and furniture.
- Must be based in Dubai.
Compensation
- The stated salary budget is AED 16,000–25,000 per month, plus medical coverage, visa, and flights.
