Senior Insurance Manager

A key part of your role will be leading and supporting change initiatives—helping clients navigate complex transformations, implement new operating models, and embed sustainable improvements.

Leading and supporting transformation programmes across insurance organisations

Delivering change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation

Working across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance

Partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes

Managing stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives

Work with prestigious national and global clients, addressing their most complex challenges with innovative solutions

Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs or hybrid insurers)

Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives

Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
