Senior Human Capital Business Partner- Regional
About This Role
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Incumbent will be a critical point of contact for head office and all regional subsidiaries functions in relation with all HC activities in the countries and be required to liaise with other subsidiaries, as required, to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of HC programs. Group HC responsibility is to develop and manage the recruitment and manpower plan in accordance with applicable law, and ensure effective development and implementation of overall HC & policies and procedures
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Functions Management
• Acts as a prime point of contact within all Business functions in the region to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of HC programs and services
• Supports/advises other possible stakeholders on special projects related to strategic business decisions and impacting Business
• Assist in communicating and explaining Corporate HC policies and procedures to the employees where necessary to support consistent implementation of policies across the company
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and activities as required in relation to the HC function and ensure minimal TAT
Monitor and ensure alignment with HC policies across the company and its subsidiaries.
Employee Relations and HC Administration
• Provide advisory and operational support on all disciplinary and grievance cases across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Align with management and build connection with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Support on Employee Engagement Survey for regional offices.
• Act as a single point of contact for all employee inquiries relating to human capital function
• Respond to enquiries from all staff in an efficient and timely manner.
• Research and provide Labour Law updates for critical stakeholders internally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Master’s in business management and/ or Human Resources
Minimum Experience:
▪ 10 plus years’ experience in Human Capital and exposure to working across region.
▪ 5 Years’ experience as Human Capital Business Partner.
