Job Summary

Leasing & Revenue Management

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across residential assets.
• Achieve leasing targets in line with business objectives and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to recommend pricing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and tenant retention.

Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Manage the complete leasing cycle, including inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, lease execution, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
• Handle tenant escalations and resolve leasing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and tenant retention.

Broker & Agency Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with brokerage firms to generate leasing leads and enhance market visibility.
• Monitor broker performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lease Administration & Compliance

• Oversee lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations, company policies, and leasing procedures.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams regarding leasing agreements and tenant obligations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Residential Leasing within the real estate sector.
• Experience with real estate developers, property management companies, or leading real estate consultancies.
• Strong knowledge of residential leasing practices and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
