Program Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support departmental projects and day-to-day operations under the guidance of assigned supervisors.
• Participate in project planning, research, analysis, and documentation activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, technical documents, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project requirements.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives and strategic projects.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn in a professional environment.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within established timelines.
• Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions throughout the program.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained within the last two years from an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
• Candidates with slightly lower GPAs may be considered based on academic recommendations, internship experience, graduation projects, certifications, or other notable achievements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, technology, sustainability, engineering, or business transformation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
