Modern Trade Manager – Beverage Industry (Confidential)

We are conducting a confidential search for a leading multinational beverage company with operations across international markets, including Europe.

We are seeking a

high-caliber, commercially driven, and results-oriented Modern Trade Manager

with a proven track record in the beverage/FMCG industry and strong expertise in managing key Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.

Key Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of overall sales experience, with significant exposure to

Modern Trade

  • within the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts such as
  • Lulu Hypermarket, Carrefour, Union Coop, Abu Dhabi Coop, Sharjah Coop, Nesto Hypermarket
  • , and other leading Modern Trade retailers.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key buyers, category managers, and commercial decision-makers.
  • Extensive experience in
  • Business Development Agreements (BDAs), Joint Business Plans (JBPs), annual trading agreements, listing negotiations, promotional planning, rebates, commercial contracts, and strategic customer partnerships
  • .
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value commercial agreements, driving sales growth, increasing market share, and achieving ambitious business targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in category management, trade marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Experience working for a leading multinational beverage or FMCG company is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to international business environments or European markets is an advantage.
