Overview

The Executive Butler is responsible for overseeing personalized guest services, anticipating guest needs, and delivering exceptional hospitality to VIPs, long-stay guests, and high-profile clientele.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive luxury service experience, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to VIP guests, residents, and high-profile clientele.
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, special occasions, and personalized experiences.
  • Manage and maintain detailed guest preference profiles to ensure seamless service.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Spa, and other departments to coordinate guest requirements.
  • Oversee in-room dining arrangements, special amenities, and personalized guest setups.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and luxury hospitality are consistently maintained.
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support and mentor Butler team members to uphold service excellence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive guest information.
  • Assist with VIP events, private functions, and special hospitality arrangements.
  • Ensure all service standards, policies, and procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Butler, Head Butler, Senior Butler, or similar luxury service role.
  • Exceptional guest relations and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Professional appearance, etiquette, and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
