Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, and experience working in Indian, Asian, or full-service dining environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and staffing requirements
- Monitor restaurant performance and achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost-control initiatives
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
- Implement operational procedures and company standards
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment
- Experience in Indian, Asian, or high-volume casual dining concepts preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and control operational costs
- Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory controls, and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
