Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven Human Resources experience.
- Previous experience in a Senior HR or HR Specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations and HR matters professionally.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR administration.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant HR insights.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
