Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related payments.
- Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records before payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records and salary information.
- Prepare payroll reports and salary statements; handle employee salary and payroll queries.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support payroll-related audits and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous Qatar/GCC payroll experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
