Full-time Real Estate Sales Agent role with the company in Doha.
The employer seeks an experienced, motivated agent with Qatar market knowledge and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties; handle viewings and client inquiries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels; follow up and convert prospects.
- Build relationships with clients and property owners; negotiate prices, terms, and agreements.
- Maintain client, property, and transaction records and track market trends and property developments in Qatar.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing and a valid Qatar driving license.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market; strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven lead-generation and closing ability; strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, target orientation, and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Arabic and English are identified as preferred in the language section.
