Experienced Operations Manager role in Qatar focused on team leadership and efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate daily operations, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, not mandatory.
- A valid Qatar driving license and current residence in Qatar are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily business operations; supervise and coordinate operational teams.
- Monitor performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
