Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential markets and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven business development, sales, or related experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market is an advantage.
- A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- Fluent English and Arabic are required.
