Shape and elevate the brand narrative across touchpoints through static design, motion, and digital storytelling.
Partner with marketing and lifecycle teams to create personalized experiences that support engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design visual assets for multi-channel digital campaigns, social media, web, and print.
- Produce animations and motion graphics for product showcases, campaigns, and interactive UI moments.
- Edit, grade, and optimize professional video for digital platforms.
- Create personalized assets for automated email, push notifications, lifecycle flows, and segmented CRM campaigns.
- Build responsive HTML/CSS templates for landing pages, emails, and dynamic digital experiences.
- Advance design standards and track emerging aesthetic trends, AI tools, and creative technology.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio demonstrating motion design, video editing, and digital storytelling.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Proven CRM, lifecycle marketing, and email automation design experience.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design, especially for email and web.
- Strong video editing capabilities and knowledge of codecs, formats, and web optimization.
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Collaborative approach and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Additional skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript or modern front-end frameworks is listed as an additional qualification.
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Iterable is listed as an additional qualification.
- A background or strong interest in UI/UX and product design is listed as an additional qualification.
